Ingredients:
- 200g paneer, cubed
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped

- 1 tsp cumin seeds

- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the cumin seeds and coriander seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add the onions, ginger, and garlic and sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add the tomatoes, bell pepper, and green chili and cook until the vegetables are soft.
- Add the red chili powder, garam masala, and turmeric and mix well.
- Add the paneer and salt and stir to coat the paneer with the spice mixture.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook for a few more minutes until the paneer is heated through.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice or roti.
